Suspicious fire at Freemason Lodge: police investigating

Shawnigan Lake RCMP is currently investigating a suspicious fire at the Freemason Lodge in Mill Bay.

On November 12, just before 2:00 a.m., Shawnigan Lake RCMP responded to a suspicious fire at the Freemason Lodge No. 107 on Lashburn Rd in Mill Bay. Police and Fire investigators examined the scene and discovered evidence that raised suspicions as to the nature of the fire.

No one was injured in the fire.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call the Shawnigan Lake RCMP at 250-743-5514.
