On November 30th, 2017 at approximately 4:30pm a 10 year old child was cycling on Toth Place in City of Langford when a man came out of the bushes, punched the child in the stomach, then walked away.
Suspect is described as wearing a black baseball cap, black jacket, black gloves, and had a grumpy face.
`We ask parents to talk to their kids about being safe when playing outside and who they can turn to when they need help, whether it`s another adult, a teacher, Fire Fighter, Paramedic, Or Police officer whoever they feel safe with` says Cst. Matt Baker of the West Shore RCMP.
