Pickup truck smashes through gas station – suspects steal ATM

West Shore RCMP officers are investigating a Break and Enter to the Shell Gas Station located on West Shore Pkwy in Langford.

Police responded to a multiple his alarm at approximately 2:25 a.m. on March 6, 2017. Upon arrival, officers discovered heavy damage to the front of the store. Video surveillance depicted a suspect vehicle, a white Ford F250 ramming through the glass doors and two suspects loading an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), stealing an undisclosed amount of cash.

The white pickup truck was located later in the morning in Goldstream Park and was confirmed stolen out of Shawnigan Lake. The ATM was also located in the area, empty.

The investigation remains ongoing as the two suspects remain at large.
