Help identify robbery suspect

Surrey RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in a pair of robberies that occurred last month.
On May 1st 2016 at 12:00am, Surrey RCMP was advised of a robbery at a sandwich eatery in the 7300 block of 120th Street along the Delta-Surrey border. The suspect was holding a knife however was unsuccessful in his robbery attempt. Approximately 50 minutes later, Surrey RCMP was advised of another robbery of a sandwich eatery in the 10000 block 152nd Street. The suspect was successful in his attempt and fled from the scene on foot.
Surrey RCMP’s Robbery Unit has been engaged and is leading the investigation. Surveillance video has now been obtained from both stores which appear to show the same suspect in both robberies. At this time, the male remains unidentified and the Surrey RCMP is requesting assistance in identifying him.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’0 tall, wearing a black zip up hoodie, loose black pants, and a baseball cap.
