Boat stolen out of Stave Lake

Sometime during the period of February 17-21, a Hewescraft aluminum boat was stolen out of Stave Lake, where the boat had been tied up to a dock near the Rocky Point Forest Service Road. The boat is 21 feet in length, has a fully-enclosed cabin, a large white Garmin GPS dome on top, and two outboard motors. The thieves would have needed to use their own trailer to get the boat out of the lake. Anyone with information about this theft, or anyone who sees this boat is asked to call Mission RCMP, 604-826-7161, and quote file 24-2045.
