Kamloops RCMP are seeking potential witnesses in the fatal shooting that occurred on September 21st.

Konaam SHIRZAD was shot outside of his residence on Hudson’s Bay Trail last Thursday evening and another man was injured. Between 7:00 – 7:10 pm, surveillance video from the area shows the Honda Civic being parked on the lower end of Hudson’s Bay Trail (the portion that runs east/west) on the north side of the road facing west.
