Police seek to return baggage taken from airport

On March 8, 2024 at approximately 1:30 p.m. a traveller arriving at the Comox Valley Airport had two of his bags taken, possibly inadvertently; however, they have not been returned. The bags contained a CPAP machine, prescription medication, and expensive electronics.

We would like to get these bags back to their rightful owner, said Cst. Monika Terragni, Comox Valley RCMP Media Relations Officer. So, we are releasing a picture of the person who was seen carrying the bags out of the airport. If you know who this is, please give us a call. The person who took the bags from the airport departed in a small red vehicle.
