Surrey RCMP investigates shots fired with injuries

Surrey RCMP is investigating a report of shots fired at a vehicle on the early morning of December 13, 2023.
On December 13, 2023 at approximately 1:53 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a report of male driver in his vehicle who sustained an injury consistent with a gun shot at the intersection of 64 Avenue and 124th Street. The driver has been transported to a hospital for a non-life threatening injury.
As a result, 124th Street from 64th Avenue to Boundary Drive to the North will be shut down to the public while Police conduct their investigation. The investigation is in the early stages and police will remain on scene until such time the examination is complete.
